Last year, The Sole supplier reported that the adidas Ultra 4D “Miami Hurricanes” was in the works. inspired by the legendary Ultra boost colourway from 2016 which paid homage to the university of Miami’s football team, many readers found it pretty hard to believe. with that said, we’re now taking our first look yet at the actual sneaker in question, and we don’t want to say it, but we told you so.
Painted in UOM’s signature green, orange, and white school colours, the “Miami Hurricanes” features a full Primeknit upper that’s taken straight from the OG. pristine adidas three stripe detailing glides across the midfoot cage, while a heel counter around the back offers even more support and structure.

Of course, you can’t talk about this shoe without mentioning the full length Futurecraft 4D midsole underfoot. Dipped in an “Ash Pearl” scheme, while we definitely would have preferred if it was left white, we’re just happy that this shoe is actually dropping so there’s no complaints from us.
